Meaning she deciphers recipes from 150 years ago and makes them.

Join her for a four course meal comprised of dishes prepared from late 19th century Eastern Europe through Weimar Germany and 1950’s Tennessee, and end in present day Brooklyn.
Musical performance will be made by Clare Burson who was inspired by her grandmother's escape from Germany in 1938.
