Upcoming Events: Supper Clubs

Looks like each Supper Club is throwing in a little something special for Spring.
Here's 2 of my favorites coming up:

Ted and Amy's Supper Club: Usually held in Forte Greene, but this time around its in LES.
When: Saturday, April 24
Time: 630PM
Cost: $35
The Menu:
-Forager's Soup of mixed chopped spring greens, watercress, ramps, arugula, dandelion and chives
-Asparagus, Pecorino and Red Onion Salad
-Spaghetti Carbonara with Fresh Peas and Double Smoked Bacon
-Lemon Semifreddo
-Wine provided

Choice Cuts: Usually prepared by Winnie, but this time around Tim Kemp is on kitchen duty. Tim was a line cook at Le Cirque 2000 and Per Se, and opened Della Rovere.
When: Sunday, May 2
Time: 6PM
Cost: $75
**Usually $25ish, but considering the menu and guest chef, I can understand why.

Sweetbreads, Asparagus-Bacon Consommé Shoulder, Ramp Top Cavatelli, Salvatore Bk Ricotta Belly, Crayfish, Green Garlic-Miso, Sichuan Peppercorns Saddle, Morels, Rhubarb, Chive Blossom Constant Bliss, Candied French Breakfast Radish Rhubarb Tart, Compressed Strawberry, and Basil Ice Cream
